1. How can I know my order is successful?

Once your order is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email from the payment platform. Shortly afterward (typically within an hour, if not immediately), you will receive a second email containing your registration code.

2. What is the difference between trial version and registered version?

The trial version allows users to experience HiSoftmate programs for free, but with certain limitations. To access the software's full functionality, you'll need to purchase the registered version. When using the trial version, you'll typically see a prompt in the final step notifying you of these restrictions. To remove these limitations, simply upgrade to the full version.
